Task
Upgrade of existing SCADA and manufacturing process, including design and manufacture of electrical cabinets, electrical diagram, software development and commissioning.
Solution
Our team prepared comprehensive documentation, including detailed cabinet drawings and a complete electrical diagram. We managed the production and delivery of all cabinet and electrical components to ensure smooth integration. The software was developed to fully meet the defined operational requirements of the system, while SCADA was implemented to provide clear process visualization and precise system control.
SCADA displays the whole process in real time allowing operators to make process decisions quickly and accurately. System has the ability of tracking and calculating the consumption of particular type of material, such as binders, powders and additives.
The new process expansion has been successfully integrated with the existing manufacturing process, both in terms of SCADA and overall process flow.
