The website www.ies.hr is owned by the company I.E.S. d.o.o. from Rijeka. Since privacy policy is very important to us, it is our duty to inform users about handling personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is not necessary to enter personal data for a basic overview of our services and products, while entering personal data is necessary for the provision of certain services. For this purpose, the Privacy Policy contains information about the data and the purpose of the personal data we collect.

The Data Processor takes care of the purpose and processing of the user’s personal data and will provide information on the user’s private data upon request, change them or exercise the right to erase them.
Personal data are all data relating to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined, i.e., data on the basis of which an individual can be identified, such as: name and surname, address, e-mail, ID number, telephone number, etc.
In order to respond to your inquiry for a product or service, we will receive and process data such as: name and surname, address, OIB, email, phone/mobile number. This data will be stored for the purpose of sending an offer, execution of an order or contract, delivery of a product or service, and will be stored after the delivery of the product or service for the purposes of issuing invoices, marketing and providing a warranty.
Job applications I.E.S. d.o.o. receives via e-mail, where normally candidate CV is requested. Personal data in case of such application depends solely on the candidate himself, but it is preferable to submit the name and surname, date of birth, contact information, information on the level of education, special skills and experience related to the job for which the application is submitted. Personal data such as OIB, marital status, children, hobbies, interests, etc. have no importance for this procedure and should not be mentioned. Data submitted in this way will be stored in digital or written form for as long as the company is interested in possible employment or until the right for erasure is exercised.
Data submitted via the contact form on the website or sent via e-mail will be stored on the servers of the current IT service provider, in accordance with the applicable regulations on data storage and processing of the same server.
I.E.S. d.o.o. does not knowingly collect or use personal data of minors (any user under the age of 18). If you suspect that your child has shared some personal information with us, you can contact us for more information.
The company I.E.S. d.o.o. may transfer the user’s personal data to third parties in the event that we are asked to do so by legislative bodies, for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations or for the delivery of ordered goods or services. For the stated reasons, we will provide your data, among others: to state or other legally authorized bodies (upon request), entities that provide us with legal, accounting or tax services, a bank (in the case of a refund), the post office or courier services in charge of delivering mail and goods, IT service providers and hosting companies, etc.
Our web server stores access data for our website (without personal data), such as IP address, date and time of access, data on the use of web content, length of stay on the website, number of viewed pages, browser type, source of visit, and similar. The aforementioned statistical data can be used to analyze and improve our websites and increase the quality of the user experience.
Privacy Policy of I.E.S. d.o.o. does not apply to third-party websites, nor to related social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). On our website it is possible to find links to other websites, including social networks, but they have their own privacy policy and terms of use. The company I.E.S. d.o.o. is not responsible for the content and possible damage caused by the use of other websites and social networks.
The company I.E.S. d.o.o. reserves the right to update its Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, and all changes will be visible on www.ies.hr under the Privacy Policy heading.
